ECPI RAMS

Dear Students, Faculty and Staff of ECPI University,   Welcome to a brand new year of ECPI Rams Collegiate Esports Competition! The ECPI RAMS enter 2021 after a great year of competition in 2020 despite the challenges of COVID-19 and all the changes that this pandemic has brought into our world. This year, the RAMS have some exciting spring and then fall esports action, so you can watch, cheer on, or even be a part of the RAMS and compete with other colleges and universities form across the country in your favorite competitive Esport!   SPRING COMPETITION   League of Legends – The ECPI Rams opened up the 2021 spring season this past Saturday competing in the ECAC (Eastern Coast Athletic Conference) against Sacred Heart University. The Rams took a decisive victory 2-0 victory over the SHU Pioneers for the season opener. It was a “Best of 3” match and both games were fairly close in the beginning, but the Rams “bottom lane” centric play pulled out the win. And while the SHU Pioneers were a much higher ranked team (high diamond vs our plat), our very own Coach JJ and LoL Team did a great job of exploiting the other teams’ weak spots, while capitalizing on our strengths and we took the victory.   Call of Duty – The ECPI Rams are working on something special for the COD team this spring! Stay tuned in this newsletter for more details soon! HINT: Verdansk may be flooded with collegiate teams competing for the top spot really soon.   Don’t miss any of the exciting action on https://Twitch.tv/ecpiuniversity!     STREAMING SCHEDULE
