Season Openers

Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff of ECPI University,

Welcome to a brand new year of ECPI Rams Collegiate Esports Competition! The ECPI RAMS enter the fall semester of 2021 after a great spring semester of competition. Despite the challenges of COVID-19 and all the changes that this pandemic has brought into our world. This year, the RAMS has some exciting fall esports action lined up, so you can watch, cheer on, or even be a part of the RAMS and compete with your fellow classmates against other colleges and universities from across the country in your favorite competitive Esports games!

FALL COMPETITION LINEUP

Rocket League – If you have been missing the HIGH OCTANE, fast-paced excitement of Rocket League Collegiate Competition, you will be excited to know that we start our Rocket League season TONIGHT at 7:00 PM (EST) as we face off against Kennesaw State University. The ECPI Rams have historically been very competitive in Rocket League and the scouting reports have indicated that this matchup will be a great test for our newest players and veterans alike!
League of Legends – Last week the ECPI Rams took on the University of Kentucky, and while the RAMS fought hard and never gave up, they lost the night 0-2. Not for lack of effort though, the second game was the closest yet as we were even with UK right through mid-game. This week the RAMS take on the Southern Virginia University League of Legends team. Be sure to tune in Tuesday night at 7:00 PM (EST) for this exciting match!

Call of Duty: League Play – Call of Duty is new to the RAMS, but the RAMS are not new to Call of Duty! Our 4 man CoD League squad faces off in their first match of the season against Ashland University on Wednesday night at 8:30 PM (EST). Don’t miss this exciting matchup and this team’s collegiate match debut!

Don’t miss any of the exciting action on Twitch.tv/ecpiuniversity!
