Sign-up will be held for Residents of:
- City of Roanoke
- Roanoke County
- Town of Vinton
- City of Salem
- Botetourt
Monday-Friday, October 3-7 From 9:00 am – 11:30 am & 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Monday-Friday, Octobter 10-14 From 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm & 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
The following documentation will be required:
- Valid Photo ID (Driver’s License, DMV ID, Picture ID or Passport)
- Birth Certificates
- Proof of Total Income
- Proof of Expenses (Utility Bills, Rent Receipts, etc…)
- Children’s clothing and shoe sizes
If you are missing any of the above items, you will need to return on one of the above designated days.
NO EXEPTIONS
We will be signing up children ages Birth – 12 years
