1098-T forms will be going out within the next 2 weeks. They will be mailed or sent electronically if you have given consent. If electronic consent has not been given, you will receive the form by mail.
To retrieve your 1098-Ts electronically, please go to https://www.ecsi.net/taxinfo.html.
You will need the school code, your social security number, and Heartland ECSI PIN.
The University school code is T3.
