There will be a special September Roanoke Information Security Exchange (RISE) meeting this Thursday, 12 September at 6:30pm!
RISE is partnering with the Roanoke Linux Users Group to bring a demonstration of a live Capture the Flag (CtF) challenge. Thanks to the generous support of the Virginia Cyber Range for use of their environment, you’ll be able to see how the Range can be used to provide first-class cybersecurity tools to students and educators. Attendees will get an introduction to the Range, see a Jeopardy-style CtF environment, and even group up to get some hands-on experience with the challenges.
If you are interested in penetration testing, CtF challenges or are a Virginia student or educator interested in cybersecurity – this event is for you!
