There is still time to donate! The Special Olympics annual Polar Plunge event is not only a fun plunge into freezing cold water, but also about getting a team together, building relationships and developing creativity. This year the ECPI-No Bounds Area 8 Team were put together in a spiff starting with the Braveheart President Newby, the courageous RN Davis Lincoln and the cheering captain, Allison Van Doren (representing ECPI, No Bounds and the MA program). The rest of the team were No Bounds students. The team raised $820. However, the Special Olympics organization allows the teams to fund-raise for the Special Olympics Polar Plunge even after you get to see the fun pictures and video of our very own Roanoke Campus President take the plunge.
