It has come to our attention that iPad model number A1822 has a tendency to spontaneously reset, losing eBooks, apps, and pictures.
If you have a model number A1822 iPad (you can find your model number on the back of the iPad in most cases) you will want to set up iCloud for backup.
Go to Settings on your iPad and locate iCloud settings. Turn all the switches on (see photo).
You will be able to recover your data and apps in case the iPad resets itself.
